Tastea operates on a preorder model to ensure every drink and food item is prepared fresh. All orders are scheduled for a designated delivery window and are confirmed once payment is received.
We currently deliver across the Tamale metropolitan area and Nyankpala. A flat delivery fee of GHS 10.00 is applied at checkout across all active delivery zones. Please provide a clear street description and a well-known nearby landmark so the delivery rider can easily locate you.
Unpaid orders are held for 60 minutes to reserve kitchen slots. If payment is not completed within 60 minutes, the order is automatically cancelled to release inventory.
When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS update. Our delivery rider will call the phone number provided upon arrival. Please ensure your phone is accessible.
If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us via WhatsApp immediately. Once the kitchen begins preparing your order, cancellations and recipe adjustments can no longer be accepted.

Welcome to Tastea. By placing an order or booking a service through our platform, you agree to these terms. We strive to provide exceptional artisan teas, specialty drinks, and snacks in Tamale, Ghana.
All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Fees—including delivery and any express surcharges—are calculated and clearly shown prior to payment. Prices snapshotted at checkout remain binding for that order. We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) and approved direct transfers.
We take great pride in hygienic, fresh food and beverage preparation. If you have specific food allergies, lactose sensitivities, or dietary preferences, please notify us before placing your order. While we take precautions, items are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.
For catering, events, and custom service requests, quotes are provided based on your specific requirements. Service dates are reserved upon confirmation and payment of the agreed quote or deposit.
Tastea is committed to delivering quality products on schedule. In the unlikely event of an unfulfilled or delayed order due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, our maximum liability is limited to a replacement of the item or a full refund of the amount paid for that order.

To process and deliver your orders, we collect essential customer information: - Your name and active phone number (used for order confirmation, delivery updates, and SMS notifications). - Your delivery address, landmark, and optional GhanaPost GPS address. - Your order and service booking history.
We use secure, HTTP-only authentication tokens to recognise your browser device. This allows you to view your order history and auto-fill your delivery details without needing a cumbersome password. When accessing from a new browser, verification is securely performed via a one-time SMS code (OTP).
We do not collect, store, or have access to your Mobile Money PIN, wallet balance, or sensitive banking credentials. All mobile money debits are securely processed through Hubtel and licensed telecommunication networks.
Your information is strictly used to prepare your orders, coordinate delivery with our dispatch riders, and provide customer support. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
